The most under-built consumer market of the next decade.

Southeast Asia holds nearly 700 million consumers — young, increasingly affluent, mobile-first, and category-curious. Yet much of the region remains under-served by brands built specifically for its tastes, climate, formats, and economics.

Luigi is the founder of NorthStar. A public servant, entrepreneur, and venture builder based in the Philippines, he focuses on identifying and scaling consumer businesses with regional ambition and global standards of execution. His work bridges policy, capital, and category creation — with a particular focus on building infrastructure for Filipino brands to compete on the world stage.
